Recruiting the right people into a luxury real estate brand requires more than a job posting. It requires a story. This project involved building a fully custom recruiting website and a companion print guide used by leadership during meetings with prospective advisors.
The website was designed to speak directly to ambitious real estate professionals looking for more than an average brokerage. From the opening line, "You can be average anywhere. Dare to be exceptional," every element of the site was crafted to reflect the Engel & Völkers brand while making a compelling case for why the North Shore offices stand apart.
The recruiting guide gave leadership a polished, tangible leave-behind to reinforce those conversations in the room, bridging the gap between digital first impression and in-person connection.
